Asari Dokubo and His “Encirclement” in Traditional Clothing

On Saturday, footage showing Asari Dokubo, the head of the Niger Delta People’s Volunteer Force, and his group walking to an event was captured.
Asari was dressed in in traditional garb, surrounded by armed men, and singing in praise.
