According to a source who spoke to TMZ, the MTV “Wild ‘N’ Out” star, whose real name is Jacklyn Smith, passed away following the Mommy Makeover procedure in Miami.
Along with her partner and fellow “Wild ‘N’ Out” star DC Young Fly, the mother-of-three leaves behind her three children, Nova, Nala, and Prince.

According to TMZ, the TV star, who was born John Whitfield, was filming fresh episodes of the sketch comedy series when he received the tragic news that his children’s mother had passed away.

Smith, who has more than 900,000 Instagram followers, just last week shared a cute video of her young children dozing off online.
