Atiku establishes a legal team to contest Tinubu’s election victory in 2023.

At the inauguration of his legal team, the PDP presidential candidate charged them with proving the alleged irregularities in the February 25 presidential election and reclaiming the people of Nigeria’s mandate.

Atiku advised the legal team to utilize the trial as an opportunity to promote constitutional democracy in the nation in addition to reclaiming the mandate from those who committed the electoral heist that was not representative of the will of Nigerians.

Atiku gave a speech to the team led by Chief J. K. Gadzama, SAN, in the conference room of his office at the campaign headquarters. He emphasized the importance of their assiduous work to reclaim the mandate, not just for themselves or the PDP, but also to strengthen democracy and the electoral system for future generations.

Chief Chris Uche (SAN), Mr. Paul Usoro (SAN), Tayo Jegede (SAN), Ken Mozia (SAN), Chief Mike Ozekhome (SAN), Mr. Chukwuma Umeh (SAN), Mr. Joe Abraham (SAN), Mr. Garba Tetengi (SAN), and Chief Emeka Etiaba are among the team members (SAN).

The National Legal Adviser of the PDP, Chief Goddy Uche (SAN), Professor Maxwell Gidado (SAN), Ms. Nella Rabana (SAN), Paul Ogbole (SAN), Nuremi Jimoh (SAN), and Abdul Ibrahim are more names to note (SAN).
