Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, better known by her stage name “Cardi B,” an American rapper and songwriter, has revealed her plans to wed her rapper husband Kiari Kendrell Cephus, better known by his stage name “Offset.”

After their fifth wedding anniversary on Monday, she made the revelation on Twitter.

The rapper wrote, “5 years married……time it’s for my wedding.”

The couple, who had secretly wed on September 20, 2017, did not announce their union until Cardi B did so in June 2018.

Kulture (4) and Wave (1) are the couple’s two children (1).

The family of four has not always had it easy; Offset’s adultery came to light in the media soon after their 2017 wedding. After Offset’s public apologies in January 2019, the pair reconciled after divorcing in December 2018.

They later reconciled in November of that same year, but Cardi b filed for divorce in September of 2020, claiming that they were no longer “seeing things eye to eye.”

The “Bodak Yellow” rapper added that only those who had been her admirers for six years or more could attend the wedding.

“You have to be a six-year BARDIGANG member to attend,” she said.
