‘Please refund my money in full,’ Mr Jollof demands of Duncan Mighty over N3 million

Mr Jollof, a Nigerian comedian, has slammed his colleague in the entertainment industry, Duncan Mighty, for reportedly failing to show up for his gig in Warri, Delta State, despite being paid N3 million.
Mr. Jollof spoke in a video posted to his Instagram account.

He claimed he paid the musician N2 million in booking fees and N1 million in logistics, but despite the concert’s prolongation, he never showed up.

The comic stated that the concert was supposed to end at midnight, but he extended it until 3 a.m. in the hopes that Duncan Mighty would turn up after promising him he was on his way.

Jollof also stated that after requesting a refund from Ducan Mighty, he received N800,000 instead of the N3 million.
“After the show ended around 3:27 a.m., I sent Duncan Mighty a video informing him that the event had ended and that he should return, and I sent him my account details so he could refund me,” he explained.

“When I woke up the next day, I saw an alert from Duncan Mighty for N800,000 instead of the N3 million I gave him.” Anyone who knows him should tell him to reimburse me in full.”

He also called out DJ Barbie for failing to turn up for the same event after getting an N600,000 payment, saying that she blocked him on social media and claimed he was tormenting her.
