In Ogun State, agents of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s (EFCC) Ibadan Zonal Command have taken into custody thirty-six (36) alleged online scammers.

They were taken into custody on Monday in the Gbokoniyin and Yetedo neighborhoods of Abeokuta, Ogun State, as a result of useful information that the Commission had collected and examined.

Nine exotic cars, fourteen laptops, forty-nine (49) cell phones, and other incriminating documents were among the items retrieved from them.

When the investigations are over, the accused will face charges in court, according to EFCC authorities.
