Applications from adequately qualified persons are solicited for admission to the aforementioned. School provides a three-year Basic Midwifery course that leads to registration as a Registered Midwife (RM) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. The course is intended to provide Registered Midwives with the theoretical foundations and skills necessary to provide safe and effective maternal/child health care.
Admission requirements: Applicants must be 16 years or older at the time of application.
Have at least five (5) O Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics from no more than two (2) sittings of the same examination board, such as WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, at one (1) sitting.
Method of Application
Beginning Monday, March 25, 2024, the application form will be available on the UCH SCHOOLS PORTAL at https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng. Interested folks should do the following:
Visit the UCH schools portal at https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng and click the REMITA PAYMENT option to make a payment of N20,000.00.
After successful payment, candidates must sign up using their RRR, email address, and payment password.
Log in using your email and password to continue the online application.
Go to https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng and obtain the Applicants' User Guide.
Follow the directions in the Applicants' User Guide to enter your information and submit your application online.
Make copies of your form and photocard and bring them to the examination center on the day of the exam.
Make another payment of two hundred naira (N200.00) solely into the Oyo State Nursing & Midwifery Committee Account, First Bank Plc. 201970.4292.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Sales of form: Monday 25 March, 2024 Monday 8th April, 2014.
- Examination Date: This will be communicated through email, SMS and Hospital's website.
- Examination Venue: Arch. Bamidele Olusegun Samson CBT Centre, University College Hospital, South Campus, Ibadan.
Only applicants with valid examination photocard will be allowed to write the CBT Entrance Examination.
