Eedris Abdulkareem calls Burna Boy out for his controversial remarks on the music industry, saying, “That’s Stupid Talk”

Eedris Abdulkareem, a seasoned Nigerian hip-hop artist, has chastised Burna Boy for making a contentious statement regarding the music business.
The crooner of “City Boys” caused a stir on social media in 2020 when he asserted that none of his elder colleagues had laid the path for him.

Burna Boy claims that no one in the Nigerian music industry has ever helped him because musicians were too preoccupied with taking care of themselves or making fun of other people’s success.

“NOBODY paved shit for me,” he exclaimed. Everyone discovers their own. Here I am, out.

You would know that no table was set and that I’m the one who earned you the respect you have today if you knew how they made us appear weak by pleading with and paying the west to like us.

However, the “Jaga Jaga” hitmaker responded to the misunderstanding the Grammy Award-winning singer had with his coworkers in a clip from an upcoming episode of “The Honest Bunch.”

Eedris Abdulkareem took aim at Burna Boy, saying, “You hear someone like Burna Boy say no one helped him in Nigeria.” That is meaningless conversation.

“Burna Boy Is Equal To Any International Performer”
International artists are on the same level as Nigerian musician Dami Ogulu, better known by his stage name Burna Boy, according to Big Brother Naija star and media personality Natacha Anita Akide, often known as Tacha.

Recall that during the 66th Grammy Awards ceremony, Burna Boy made history by being the first Nigerian artist to perform on the main stage.

Following an incredible performance at the 66th Grammy Awards on Sunday, rapper 21 Savage and veteran singer Brandy joined the “African Giant” crooner on stage.

Saying that no one performs like Burna Boy, Tacha emphasized that she would rank the singer marginally higher than American diva Beyoncé in terms of stage presence on her radio program on Cool FM Nigeria, Lagos.

She went on to say that Burna Boy has never performed a bad song.
