The Nigeria Police Force has confirmed the arrest of one person in Nasarawa state for mass-producing Russian flags.

This comes as our correspondents indicate that irate protestors were spotted grasping the Russian flag in Kaduna, Kano, and Katsina on Monday.

Protesters were observed holding the Russian flag, screaming songs in Hausa, and racing through the streets in protest.

The news comes as the #Endbadgovernance national protest against hunger and misery enters its fifth day on Monday.
