Van Gaal calls up a pair from Ajax for the World Cup

On September 22, the Netherlands take on Poland in Warsaw, and three days later, Belgium in Amsterdam.

This year, the 20-year-old Taylor, who has three goals and one assist, has been the focal point of the Ajax midfield.

The 38-year-old Remko Pasveer of Ajax, who performed admirably against Liverpool in the Champions League last week, was also called up.

Van Gaal remarked, “This is the last opportunity before the World Cup and I wanted to meet these players.

We reunite on November 14—one week before the commencement of the World Cup—after these Nations League games.
