Mbappe conversation is veered off course by Madrid coach Ancelotti amid links

After his contract with Paris Saint-Germain expired, Kylian Mbappe was rumored to be joining Real Madrid in the summer. However, Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti refuted this on Saturday.
The 25-year-old France captain has informed the French team that he will be leaving at the end of the current campaign, a source close to PSG told AFP on Thursday.

Madrid, who has made several attempts to buy the superstar striker Mbappe over the past few years, is reportedly linked to him and may finally land their man.

“I can see and hear, I understand it’s the topic of the day for you, but not for us, it’s tomorrow’s game,” Ancelotti stated at a press conference prior to Madrid’s La Liga matchup with Rayo Vallecano.

People are able to communicate, and I get that it’s the news of the day. My goals for this season are to win titles and finish strong.

“There’s a lot of time left to think about next season.”

Ancelotti stated he did not believe the chatter and rumors surrounding Mbappe will have an impact on the league-leading team in the coming weeks.

Would you say that I appear impacted? No, no,” Ancelotti uttered.

According to the Spanish daily Marca, Mbappe told Madrid on Tuesday that he was leaving PSG.

Luis Enrique, the coach of PSG, declined to discuss Mbappe’s choice on Friday.

The former Barcelona coach declared, “I am going to avoid talking about this subject until the parties involved speak about it.”

“Kylian Mbappe has not said anything publicly and neither has the club. .”
