Wizkid’s Bold Claim: Davido Lacks Talent in New Feud
Nigerian Grammy-winning artist Ayo Balogun, better known as Wizkid, has rekindled his long-standing feud with colleague David Adeleke, better known as Davido, triggering a heated battle with followers on social media.
THE drama began on Tuesday, when Davido announced his first single for 2024, hinting that it will be a success.
However, on his X page, Wizkid said, “P***y boys dropping mid again, una don tire!” “Make una go rest small!”
Although the ‘Ojuelegba’ hitmaker did not mention Davido by name, fans viewed the tweet as a direct strike at him.
A Davido fan, however, retaliated against Wizkid, accusing him of manipulating the ‘Assurance’ singer to gain clout.
The user wrote: “So if you don’t have beef with Davido, your song won’t sell?”
Wizkid said, “I don’t beef wack niggas! We all know he’s crazy! No talent!
Wizkid’s answer and subsequent tweets hinted that his words were intended at Davido.
The artist also insulted Davido’s enormous record archives, calling them “trash,” claiming that his repertoire contains greater tunes.
He added, “80 trash!” We’ve got 80 albums for whatever song you drop! “P***y, boys!”
I Wrote Songs for Wizkid – Skales
In other news, famous singer Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, also known as Skales, has revealed that he has composed numerous hit songs.
He revealed that this happened during their time at Empire Mates Entertainment (EME).
Skales said during an interview on “Curiosity Made Me Ask,” presented by content producer Bae U Barbie, that he co-wrote some of the songs on Wizkid’s debut album, ‘Super Star,’ including the bonus track ‘Wiz Party.’
He did, however, say that Wizkid created songs for him, including the smash ‘Mukulu.’
Skales stated, “Back in EME, we were a team and used to write songs for each other. I wrote songs for Wizkid. He also wrote some tunes for me.
“He composed ‘Mukulu’ for me, and I wrote his song ‘Wiz Party.’ As I mentioned, EME was a collective, thus we did collaboration.
