This was said by the Command at a news conference held in Lagos State to inform Nigerians of the findings of the team assembled to investigate the circumstances surrounding the Singer’s death.
Although the results of the autopsy performed on the deceased are still pending, Lagos Police Commissioner Idowu Owohunwa revealed that the investigative team has combed through more information to reach a meaningful conclusion.
The command claimed that the team’s findings from multiple layers of investigations showed that the nurse who had previously given some medications, including an intravenous injection, “went beyond her limitation” and was therefore the direct or indirect cause of his death.
She was deemed a prime suspect as a result by the command.

Remember that Primeboy was given a N1 million reward and had his whereabouts published on Wednesday as a result of his reluctance to accept a police invitation in relation to the singer’s death.
Primeboy, however, turned himself in for investigation less than 24 hours after the police had made him a wanted man and had taken him into jail.
